Introduction
The WDBF progressive distributor is a plate-type grease divider designed for heavy-duty conditions including mining, port, construction machinery and general factory equipment. It delivers metered grease sequentially to multiple lubrication points in centralized lubrication systems.
Featuring modular stacked plates, it can be configured with different metering plates per lubrication-point grease requirement and supports multi-stage master-slave series connection for secondary/tertiary oil distribution. Every outlet integrates a safety relief valve, with excess grease drained via overflow ports, ensuring stable, quantitative grease supply for friction points.

FAQ
Q1: No pressure at inlet and no grease output during operation.
A: Air trapped in inlet pipeline or grease tank is empty. Disconnect inlet pipe, start lubrication pump and verify whether grease comes out from pump side. Eliminate air or refill grease accordingly.
Q2: Can I mix different types of lubricating grease for this divider?
A: Do not mix different lubricants. Mixed greases may generate unpredictable chemical changes and lead to divider blockage or seal failure.
Q3: Can I use grease containing graphite / molybdenum disulfide / calciumbase solid particles?
A: Grease with graphite, molybdenum disulfide, calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide particles is forbidden. Hard particles will accelerate wear of piston and seals, cause seizure or premature system failure. Consult our technical team before using lubricants with solid additives. Grease containing graphene will aggravate component wear and lead to warranty reduction.
Q4: Can I swap pistons between different segments during maintenance?
A: No. The piston and bore are precisionmatching paired parts. Interchanging will cause leakage, metering error or jamming. Keep original matching relationship during disassembly and assembly.
