Introduction
Suitable for single-line centralized lubrication systems High-performance VDF-Y hydraulic lubrication pumps combine rotary drive motors with reciprocating pump tubes and hydraulic regulating valves that operate reliably from frigid -29°C up to 65°C. The integrated hydraulic control manifold adjusts grease displacement and driving oil pressure independently. The pump's output flow ranges from 115 to 747 ml/min for flexible matching of various lubrication layouts. VDF-Y pumps are optionally available with a self-locking greasing device to improve operator and environmental safety by preventing pressure plate damage and grease overflow caused by reservoir overfilling.

We are committed to addressing customer challenges such as equipment downtime and maintenance difficulties in harsh environments. Our focus extends beyond mere functionality-it is about ensuring reliable operation under any condition.
FAQ
Q1: The pump runs but outputs discontinuous grease with air bubbles
A1: 1. Insufficient grease in the tank; top up grease and fully purge air from all pipelines. 2. Grease is aged or overly viscous; replace with qualified 2# EP lithium grease. 3. Foreign debris clogs the suction assembly; disassemble, clean or replace worn sealing rings. 4. Mass air trapped inside tubing; loosen outlet joints and run the pump until bubble-free grease flows continuously.
Q2: The hydraulic pump fails to start after connecting drive oil circuit
A2: 1. Hydraulic motor damaged and needs replacement. 2. Pump suction assembly jammed; disassemble, clean and renew seals. 3. Drive oil pressure out of the standard 30–50 bar range; adjust hydraulic station pressure. 4. Loose wiring of liquid level sensor or solenoid valve; check and resecure all connectors.
Q3: The pump operates yet cannot reach standard working pressure
A3: 1. Solenoid relief valve blocked or defective; clean internal steel ball and spring or replace the valve. 2. Large volume of air trapped in the whole lubrication circuit; perform full air exhausting procedures. 3. Pipelines, distributors or lubrication points clogged; clear all blockages thoroughly.
