Introduction
The VDC-Y hydraulic-driven grease pump takes hydraulic pressure as its power supply. A built-in hydraulic motor actuates the main piston to output grease.
Its operating cycle works in this sequence. High-pressure hydraulic oil spins the hydraulic motor. The motor then transmits torque to the gear reducer, which lowers the rotational speed at a set transmission ratio. The reduced-speed output drives the main piston to complete back-and-forth linear travel. Reciprocating piston movement forces grease out from the pump outlet.
