This VDC-Y high pressure grease pump uses hydraulic power as its energy source. It employs a hydraulic motor to drive the large piston of the pump for grease delivery. The working process is as follows: high-pressure hydraulic oil drives the hydraulic motor to rotate—the hydraulic motor drives a gear reducer to rotate—the gear reducer reduces the speed to an appropriate level according to a fixed ratio, driving the large piston to perform linear reciprocating motion—grease is pumped out through the piston movement via the pump outlet. This lubrication pump can be used in progressive systems, single-line systems, and dual-line lubrication systems.
