The lubrication pump is responsible for transporting the lubricant to the pressure relief valve, according to the working pressure set by the system, depressurizes the excess lubricant and returns it to the oil tank to ensure the lubricant pressure in the system is constant. The pressure relief valve is controlled by the working pressure set by the system, when the system pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve opens to relieve the excess lubricant; when the system pressure drops below the set value, The pressure relief valve closes and stops working.

Fulfillment of Different Lubrication Requirements
The system is equipped with an oil supply indicator and a clogging alarm to realize the monitoring of the oil supply status of each oil injection point. Once the system is clogged or there is no oil output, the indicator rod will stop working, and the alarm device will immediately issue an alarm signal. The movement of the indicator bar can also be timed or counted by the controller.
