Dual-line Lubrication System

Double line lubrication system (also known as FARVAL method) mainly consists of lubrication pump, change - over valve, double line distributor, electric control box and two oil supply pipes. The working principle is that the grease output from the lubrication pump is transported to the double - line distributor through the change - over valve alternately by the two supply pipes, and then sent to each lubrication point after quantitative distribution by the double - line distributor.

Pressure Relief Lubrication System

Pressure relief lubrication system mainly consists of lubrication pump, pressure relief valve, distributor, pipeline, control part and so on. The system realizes quantitative, time and point lubrication through The pressure relief valve, which is suitable for the unified lubrication of multiple lubrication parts.
The lubrication pump is responsible for transporting the lubricant to the pressure relief valve, according to the working pressure set by the system, depressurizes the excess lubricant and returns it to the oil tank to ensure the lubricant pressure in the system is constant. The pressure relief valve is controlled by the working pressure set by the system, when the system pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve opens to relieve the excess lubricant; when the system pressure drops below the set value, The pressure relief valve closes and stops working.

Progressive Lubrication System

The progressive lubrication system consists of a lubrication pump, a progressive distributor pipeline, a controller, etc.The system realizes quantitative, timed, and fixed-point lubrication through a progressive distributor, and is suitable for unified lubrication of multiple lubrication parts.
The system is equipped with an oil supply indicator and a clogging alarm to realize the monitoring of the oil supply status of each oil injection point. Once the system is clogged or there is no oil output, the indicator rod will stop working, and the alarm device will immediately issue an alarm signal. The movement of the indicator bar can also be timed or counted by the controller.

Spray Lubrication System

The jet lubrication system consists of a lubrication pump, nozzles, control valves, piping and other components. The system through the nozzle will lubricant in the form of atomized or liquid droplets sprayed to the lubrication part, to achieve the lubrication effect.
