Lubricant selection and maintenance: For oil-gas lubricated distributors, appropriate lubricants should be selected according to the working conditions, temperature, load and speed of the equipment, and pay attention to the viscosity and fluidity of the lubricant. Regularly replace the lubricant to ensure its normal fluidity and lubrication performance. Clean the sediment and impurities inside the distributor to avoid blockage and poor lubrication.
Installation quality assurance: When installing the oil-gas lubricated distributor, its stability and reliability must be ensured. The location and quantity should be reasonably selected according to the layout of the lubrication points, and the direction and height arrangement should be paid attention to. After installation, careful debugging should be carried out to ensure that all parts work properly.
Check the sealing performance : Check the sealing performance regularly to prevent lubricant leakage. For dry oil distributors, check and replace the seals regularly, and add dry oil to the seals to avoid damage.
Tightening work : For parts with large impact, tighten the loose bearing seat bolts in time to prevent bearing damage and bearing seat stop wear.
System expansion and maintenance : The single-line lubrication system is suitable for medium and short pipelines and is compatible with almost all lubricants. The system is easy to expand, and the blockage of a lubrication point will not affect the continued operation of the system.
