Features/Equipment Characteristics

  • Dual-power integrated design: automatic hydraulic drive + backup manual plunger pump. When the vehicle hydraulic system fails, manual pumping ensures continuous lubrication to avoid equipment abrasion.
  • Customized for concrete pump trucks and trailer pumps, perfectly matched with vehicle hydraulic parameters for stable long-term operation.
  • Independent dual-circuit outlet layout: 1 circulation port plus 2 synchronous ports, with multiple single-stroke displacement options to meet different lubrication flow demands.
  • Built-in safety overflow valve preset at 20MPa, providing reliable overload protection to prevent pipeline burst under excess pressure.
  • Compact lightweight integrated structure, low running noise, easy mounting in narrow vehicle installation spaces.

Dual-Power Lubrication Pump

FAQ

Q1: What equipment does the RHX-Q lubrication pump apply to?

A1: It is specially developed for concrete pump trucks and concrete trailer pumps, matched with their original hydraulic drive systems.

Q2: What is the core benefit of the dual-power structure?

A2: Under normal working conditions, it automatically operates driven by vehicle hydraulic oil. If the vehicle hydraulic system malfunctions, the built-in manual pump can be used for emergency oil supply to prevent dry friction of mechanical friction pairs.

Q3: What hydraulic pressure range is recommended for daily operation?

A3: The optimal driving pressure is 16–19MPa, and the maximum allowable instantaneous driving pressure is 25MPa. Long-term operation exceeding 25MPa will accelerate component aging; contact us for customized high-pressure versions if needed.

Q4: Can I adjust the overflow valve pressure on my own?

A4: Not recommended. The overflow valve is precisely calibrated to 20MPa before factory delivery. Unauthorized adjustment will lead to insufficient lubrication pressure or pipeline rupture risks.

Q5: Which grease is suitable for winter low-temperature construction?

A5: Only NLGI 000# to 0# lithium grease can be used. Select low-viscosity NLGI 000# grease in cold environments to guarantee smooth grease suction without blockage.

Q6: Why no grease flows out after the pump sits idle for a long time?

A6: Possible causes: grease aging and solidification, or impurities clogging the check valve. You need to open the bottom vent valve to exhaust air, clean the built-in filter screen, and fully replace deteriorated grease.
