FAQ

Q1: The green LED does not light up and the pump fails to run after power-on. What should I check?

A1: Focus on three points: 1. Reversed or loose wiring; 2. Mismatched or blown fuse; 3. The upper lubrication controller is switched off. Fix the wiring, replace the correct fuse and activate the lubrication cycle to restore operation.

Q2: The motor runs normally but no grease discharges from the outlet. How to solve this?

A2: 1. Refill grease if the reservoir level is too low; 2. Open the top overflow port and fill grease to purge trapped air inside the pump and pipelines; 3. Replace all sealing kits if worn seals cause internal leakage; 4. Replace the reservoir if it is damaged and leaking.

Q3: What precautions should be taken when operating in low-temperature environments?

A3: When ambient temperature drops below -10°C, start the pump at a low speed of 10~15 rpm. Special low-temperature grease must be used below 0°C to avoid grease solidification, excessive pump load and overcurrent protection activation.
