Q1: What is the adjustable output range of QX11? How to adjust the flow?
A:Adjustable dosing volume ranges from 0.82–8.2 cm³ (0.050–0.500 in³). Turn the top adjusting screw clockwise hand-tight for minimum output. Turn it counterclockwise to the full open position for maximum volume. If the adjustment is less than half a turn, verify the actual discharge volume to prevent inaccurate lubrication.
Q2: What is the inlet thread specification of QX11? Can I order manifold multi-outlet assemblies?
A: QX11 is only available as a standalone single unit with a 1/2" female NPTF main inlet and 1/4 inch NPTF outlet. Integrated manifold blocks are not provided; you can install multiple single SL-11 units separately on the main pipeline as needed
Q3: How to fill and vent air inside the feed line?
A:QXL11 is equipped with a special filler fitting on the alternate secondary outlet port. Connect grease filling equipment to this fitting to manually prime the pipeline and discharge trapped air, preventing air lock that leads to insufficient grease supply to lubrication points
