FAQ

Q1: How does the grease self-locking filling device work with ultrasonic level sensor?

A1: The ultrasonic sensor detects the maximum safe liquid level inside the oil drum. Once full, the self-locking device automatically cuts off the filling channel and diverts redundant grease through internal relief circuit, avoiding overfilling induced pressure plate deformation and oil seal leakage.

Q2: Can grease containing graphite, molybdenum disulfide or calcium carbonate be used?

A2: Prohibited. Hard solid particles will cause severe abnormal wear on pump pistons and sealing rings, block distributors and pipelines, and void the product warranty.

Q3: The pump shows overload alarm during operation

A3: 1. Filter screen is blocked by dirt, disassemble and clean the filter;

2. Grease inside pipelines is solidified or component small holes are blocked by impurities, replace grease and clean pipeline fittings;

3. Pipeline is flattened or severely bent, replace deformed oil pipes.
