Introduction
The JPQC distributor adopts hydraulic progressive grease-distribution principle. Its working blocks are designed for 31.5 MPa rated pressure, featuring high working pressure, reliable sealing and stable performance.
Equipped with a working indicator rod for operation status observation, each oil outlet is fitted with a safety valve. When the lubrication system is overloaded, pressurized grease is diverted back to the lubrication pump, ensuring continuous normal system operation. A pressure transmitter can be optionally fitted for electrical monitoring.
Thanks to its cartridge-mounted design, working blocks can be replaced without disconnecting inlet and outlet pipelines. It is widely used for shaft-end seal pressure-holding and multi-point lubrication on mining equipment, factory machinery, port machinery and construction machinery.

Features/Equipment characteristics
1.High-pressure rated cartridge working blocks, easy to replace. No need to remove inlet/outlet piping during block replacement.
2.For JPQC-1 series: every outlet is fitted with a safety valve and over-pressure relief indicator. If one lubrication point gets blocked, the distributor keeps running and the indicator shows the blocked point.
3.Relief grease from all safety valves converges and flows out through the T-port, which can be connected back to the lubrication pump reservoir.
4.Optional pressure transmitter for electrical system monitoring of working status.
5.Compact cartridge-type structure, suitable for combined shaft-end seal pressure-holding and multi-point lubrication applications.

Our Advantages
1.Robust pressure performance: Working blocks are designed for 31.5 MPa high-pressure operation, delivering stable performance for heavy-duty machinery such as mining, port and construction equipment.
2.Block-replaceable cartridge design: Maintenance-friendly. Working blocks can be swapped without dismantling connected pipelines, greatly shortening downtime.
3.Blockage protection & visible diagnosis (JPQC-1): Independent safety valve plus mechanical indicator for each outlet. Blocked points can be quickly identified without system shutdown. Overflow grease is returned to the grease reservoir.
4.Customization flexibility: Supports custom outlet-port counts (including odd-port and below-6-port versions) and optional pressure-signal transmitter for remote electrical monitoring.
5.Strict material-compatibility guidance: Clear lubricant-selection specifications, compatibility lists for seal materials and forbidden solid-lubricant rules to reduce premature wear and blockage risks
FAQ
Q1: What shall I do if some lubrication points receive no grease?
A: Possible causes: failed safety valve, worn working piston or clogged filter element.
- Inspect and repair safety valves.
- Replace worn working blocks.
- Clean filter elements on lubrication pipelines.
Q2: Return-line pressure keeps rising. How to troubleshoot?
A: Check whether return pipes or fittings have too small inner bore. Replace with largersize connectors or tubing if necessary. Also clean aged grease and contaminants inside return lines.
Q3: Indicator rod extends falsely (false blockage alarm).
A: Causes include stuck indicator-rod piston or lubricationpoint blockage.
Clean the blocked lubrication point.
Dismantle, clean the indicator-rod piston and its bore.
Q4: What is the difference between JPQC-1 and JPQC-2?
A: JPQC-1 has safety valves, over-pressure indicators and a return-oil T-port. JPQC-2 has only oil outlets, no safety valves and no return port.
