The whole valve body adopts aluminum alloy raw material, greatly reducing self-weight compared to cast iron distributors. Each of the 16 lubrication outlets is equipped with a dedicated safety valve and overpressure visible indicator rod. If one friction point pipeline is fully blocked, the safety valve automatically opens to release pressure, so the whole distributor can keep running normally. The protruding indicator rod directly marks the blocked position, allowing maintenance staff to quickly locate faults without circuit detection.

 

3.Centralized Overflow Oil Return Circuit, Zero Grease Waste & Pollution Avoidance

All safety valve overflow grease converges into an integrated internal flow channel, connected to the lubrication pump oil storage tank through the reserved ZG1/8 return port. No overflow grease drips onto equipment surface, avoiding environmental pollution and raw material waste, ideal for clean production workshops and outdoor heavy machinery.

FAQ

 

Q1: What will happen if one outlet pipeline of HBY-23 is fully blocked?

A1: The built-in safety valve of this outlet will automatically open when pressure hits 10MPa, and the indicator rod pops out to mark the fault position. The rest 15 outlets still maintain normal grease supply, and the overflow grease flows back to the oil tank through the return port, no system shutdown occurs.

Q2: After initial installation, inlet has pressure but no grease flows out of outlets, how to troubleshoot step by step?

A2: 1. Check whether the inlet joint contains built-in check valve, replace through-type standard joint without internal valve; 2. Confirm outlet check valves are assembled in correct direction; 3. Disassemble the piston end screw plug, push stuck piston fully to the bottom to exhaust internal air; 4. Take out the piston assembly and clean cured grease or granular impurities causing jamming.

Q3: Can the single-point grease output volume of HBY-23 be adjusted on site?

A3: No. HBY-23 adopts fixed 0.35ml/cy metering piston design, which is specially developed for equipment with fixed bearing lubrication demand. If variable flow is required, please select other modular progressive distributor series from WEIDUN.

Q4: What regular maintenance operations are required for this distributor?

A4: Daily check the pop-up state of each overpressure indicator rod to judge blockage faults; disassemble each piston block to clean impurities and replace aging O-rings every 3–6 months based on dust and humidity of working conditions. If switching different types of grease, fully disassemble and clean all stacked blocks to avoid medium mixing failure.
