Progressive Distributors For Grease

The HBY-23 progressive grease distributor uses stacked lightweight aluminum alloy modules, providing fixed-volume grease supply for 16 lubrication points. Each outlet is equipped with an integrated safety relief valve and visual overpressure indicator rod. An internal centralized overflow channel recycles excess grease back to the pump tank to avoid waste and contamination. Not approved for explosive or hazardous areas, it fits heavy-duty centralized lubrication systems for mining, construction, port machinery and automated production lines. Its compact stacked design saves installation space, and full-point pressure protection prevents system shutdown caused by single-point blockage.

The whole valve body adopts aluminum alloy raw material, greatly reducing self-weight compared to cast iron distributors. Multi-layer stacked split block design realizes 16 outlets in small overall volume, fitting narrow installation spaces of engineering vehicles and port equipment with limited reserved space.

2.Full Outlets Equipped with Independent Safety Relief Valve + Blockage Indication

Each of the 16 lubrication outlets is equipped with a dedicated safety valve and overpressure visible indicator rod. If one friction point pipeline is fully blocked, the safety valve automatically opens to release pressure, so the whole distributor can keep running normally. The protruding indicator rod directly marks the blocked position, allowing maintenance staff to quickly locate faults without circuit detection.

All safety valve overflow grease converges into an integrated internal flow channel, connected to the lubrication pump oil storage tank through the reserved ZG1/8 return port. No overflow grease drips onto equipment surface, avoiding environmental pollution and raw material waste, ideal for clean production workshops and outdoor heavy machinery.

Fixed 0.35ml single-cycle displacement design, delivering consistent grease volume to bearings each circulation.
