Introduction

QDV are single-block progressive metering devices that accurately and stably distribute incoming lubricants in preset fixed individual volumes. Designed to withstand high back pressure conditions, QDV devices feature excellent wide-temperature adaptability and can operate stably in various temperature environments. They offer a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and are available with 6 to 22 outlets to meet diverse equipment lubrication requirements. The devices support dual monitoring solutions: visual system monitoring via a pin indicator and electrical system monitoring with a piston detector, enabling convenient equipment status management.

Our Advantages

1.Precise, consistent lubricant dispensing

The proprietary internal cross-porting design eliminates uneven oil/grease supply between outlets. Every lubrication point receives a pre-defined fixed volume per cycle, avoiding over-lubrication or insufficient lubrication that shortens component service life.

2.Flexible layout & strong customization capacity

The single-block integrated structure supports 6–22 outlet configurations. Multiple housing material selections (carbon steel, stainless steel) are offered to match corrosive, dusty or humid industrial scenarios. Internal port combination can be adjusted on-site without complicated external piping.

3.Compact integrated single-block construction

Compared with assembled multi-piece distributors, the monoblock design reduces leakage risks and simplifies installation. Fewer external pipe joints cut assembly time and lower long-term maintenance costs.

FAQ

Q1: How many outlets can QDV be configured with?

A1: Standard models cover 6 to 22 outlets. Users can combine internal ports to adjust single-point output volume according to lubrication demand.

Q2: What is the advantage of internal cross-porting technology?

A2: Internal cross-porting integrates flow channels inside the block instead of external connecting pipes. It reduces leakage points, speeds up installation, and allows flexible on-site adjustment of outlet flow rates without extra pipe fittings.

Q3: Is QDV easy to maintain?

A3: The single-block integrated structure has fewer wearing parts. Regular cleaning of inlet filters and periodic seal replacement are the only routine maintenance items, greatly lowering downtime and service costs.

Q4: Which industries are QDV most suitable for?

A4: Typical applications include construction & mining equipment, farm machinery, general factory automation equipment, and renewable energy facilities such as wind power and photovoltaic tracking systems.
