Introduction
Suitable for progressive lubrication systems, the VD203 plunger electric grease pump is a compact, cost-effective alternative to the P203 pump. Fitted with 1–3 configurable pump elements (each optional with a pressure relief valve), it feeds up to 150 lubrication points via progressive distributors or direct friction-point connections for precise timed grease supply.
With an integrated motor, stirring paddle reservoir, fill nipple and electrical connections, it supports optional low-level monitoring and control boards. Its fully sealed IP65 housing resists water and dust, delivering stable centralized lubrication for excavators, mining, construction and other heavy machinery to cut component wear and equipment downtime.

FAQ
Q1: What types of equipment is the VD203 suitable for?
A: The VD203 is specifically designed for excavators, wheel loaders, combine harvesters, balers, forage harvesters, small to medium-sized machinery, and general industrial equipment such as conveyors, presses, and mixers.
Q2: Can the VD203 withstand harsh working environments?
A: Yes. The VD203 features a fully sealed, waterproof, and dustproof housing that performs reliably in tough conditions including mines, construction sites, wetlands, and agricultural fields.
Q3: How does the VD203 protect the lubrication system from pressure spikes?
A: All pumping units are optionally fitted with safety relief valves that activate instantly under abnormal pressure surges, protecting both the distribution lines and the pump housing from damage.
Q4: How does the VD203 help reduce maintenance costs?
A: By automating the lubrication process, the VD203 ensures precise, timed grease delivery to critical friction points, reducing component wear, minimizing manual intervention, cutting grease waste, and maximizing machine availability.
