Centralized Grease Lubrication System

Centralized Grease Lubrication System

Details
VFG-M is a plunger-type lubrication pump with 1 to 3 outlet ports. Each outlet can be connected to a progressive distributor or directly to lubrication points and pressure gauges. Each pump unit is equipped with a safety relief valve and pressure gauge to monitor the operating status and lubrication condition in real time. This type of lubrication pump adopts a fully sealed structure, making it suitable for outdoor open-air operation with waterproof and dustproof performance. Through the controller, you can control the operation and stop time of the lubrication pump. This series of lubrication pumps can also be equipped with a low oil level signal device. The VFG-M electric grease lubrication pump is equipped with a forced start switch in the programmable controller, which can control the operation and stop of the pump under any circumstances.

Introduction

VFG-M is an electric plunger grease pump for mining, factories, port, construction and wind power equipment. It is not explosion-proof and forbidden for hazardous explosive areas. It supports 1–3 independent outlets, each equipped with relief valve and pressure gauge for real-time pressure monitoring. Fully sealed waterproof & dustproof design allows outdoor installation. Multiple power options: DC24V / AC220V / two-phase AC380V. Integrated programmable controller is optional, supporting adjustable run & pause cycles, forced manual start, low-level alarm, and multi fault monitoring.

Our Advantages

  • Multi-scene electric pump design for wind power, port, construction and general machinery
  • Independent pressure protection per outlet; one blocked branch won't affect others
  • Outdoor full-sealed structure with stable performance in rainy/dusty environments
  • Highly customizable: outlets, tank size, voltage, control functions can be freely combined
  • Intelligent controller with full fault self-diagnosis, reducing on-site troubleshooting time
  • Standardized modular pump element, low-cost spare parts and simple maintenance
  • Complete pipeline matching solutions for steel, copper and high-pressure hoses

FAQ

Q1: System pressure is low and relief valve keeps overflowing?

A1: Clean clogged filter and relief valve steel ball; replace worn piston assembly; dredge blocked pipelines and lubrication points.

Q2: The pump does not start after power supply?

A2: Check loose wiring and damaged control board; disassemble pump to clear solidified grease stuck piston; replace broken motor.

Q3: Are pump pistons interchangeable between different units?

A3: No, piston and sleeve are precision matched pairs, must not be swapped during maintenance.

Q4: How to set automatic lubrication cycles?

A4: Operate the digital control panel to adjust running time (6s–99.9min) and pause interval (6min–99.9h), and use forced button for temporary manual oil supply.

Q5: What fault codes will appear on the controller?

A5: FLL=low grease level; FPS=main pipeline blockage; FCS=distributor cycle failure; FOP=residual overpressure alarm.
