FAQ

Q1: Is maintenance convenient for the pump core?

A: The pump core adopts a modular split structure. Wearing parts including check valve spools and sealing rings can be replaced separately. Detailed disassembly and cleaning guidelines are provided in the operation manual.

Q2: The pump runs but no grease comes out, what should I check?

A: 1. Check aged/over-viscous grease or blocked filter;

2.Clean or replace faulty check valve;

3. Inspect piston wear causing internal leakage;

4. Clear blocked distributor or pipeline.

Q3: Key notes for pipeline installation?

A: Keep pipes short with fewer elbows; cut pipes vertically without deformation; remove all internal debris; fasten pipes with pipe clamps; ensure no twisting of high-pressure hoses.
