Introduction

WDS-II is an electric dual-line grease pump designed for NLGI 0#~2# grease, widely applied to mining, metallurgy, construction, port, factory machinery. It is non-explosion-proof, banned for flammable & hazardous zones. Equipped with stable mechanical reversing valve, it mainly serves dual-line lubrication systems, and also adapts to single-line & progressive lubrication systems. Modular split structure supports free combination of pump elements, scraper/pressure plate, overflow and reversing modules. Transparent oil tank enables direct observation of grease volume, fully sealed waterproof & dustproof housing fits outdoor equipment like wind power and forging machines. Optional programmable controller and low-level alarm sensor are available.

FAQ

Q1: What lubrication systems can this WDS-II pump match?

A1: It is specially designed for dual-line lubrication systems, and also fully compatible with single-line and progressive distribution systems, one pump meets three mainstream system types.

Q2: What's the difference between scraper plate and pressure plate tank? Which one should I choose?

A2: Scraper plate stirs grease continuously to prevent caking, ideal for low-temperature or long-idle machines; pressure plate pushes grease downward, better for high-viscosity thick grease. You can select according to local temperature and grease grade.

Q3: Can I freely change the flow rate of the pump later?

A3: Yes. The pump adopts modular pump element design. You only need to replace the pump element module to adjust the displacement without replacing the whole pump body.

Q4: What's the max continuous working temperature of this pump?

A4: The allowable operating temperature range is -40℃ to 85℃, it can work stably under cold northern outdoor or high-temperature forging workshops.

Q5: Does the pump support automatic reminder when grease is insufficient?

A5: Yes. You can choose the E-type configuration equipped with both programmable controller and ultrasonic low-level sensor, it will send fault alarm signal when grease is below safe volume.
