Plug-in Progressive Distributor

MX-HP plug-in progressive distributor is a modular split progressive grease metering device independently developed by WEIDUN, which quantitatively and sequentially distributes grease to each lubrication point in centralized grease lubrication systems. Adopting plug-in combined modular structure, it supports flexible matching of different single-point discharge volumes and multi-stage series connection, with stable performance under high pressure and wide temperature range, perfectly matching heavy-duty equipment such as mining machinery, construction machinery, port equipment and factory automated production lines.

1.Flexible Modular Plug-in Combination Design

Split plug-in module structure, users can select different piston plates according to the grease demand of each lubrication point, freely combine the number of outlets and single-point discharge volume, no need to customize the whole valve block, reduce inventory cost and shorten delivery cycle.

2.Built-in Safety Valve with Blockage Indication for Each Outlet

Every greasing port integrates safety valve structure. When a single lubrication point is blocked, the distributor can still operate normally, and the blocked position can be visually displayed, which greatly simplifies daily fault troubleshooting and avoids the whole lubrication system stopping due to single-point blockage.

3.Multi-stage Series Connection Function

Equipped with female connecting components, multiple MX-HP distributors can be connected in series to realize two-stage or three-stage hierarchical grease distribution, suitable for large equipment with dozens of scattered lubrication points, optimizing pipeline layout and reducing the number of main lubrication pumps.

4.Ultra-wide Temperature Adaptability & Stable High-pressure Operation

Adapt to -40℃ low temperature cold area construction machinery and 70℃ high-temperature factory working conditions; rated pressure up to 20Mpa, strong back pressure resistance, stable grease output without pulsation under heavy load working conditions.

Standard Φ6/Φ8 hose interface, unified mounting hole layout; split piston plate structure, disassemble and clean single blocked piston without replacing the whole distributor, wearing parts such as O-rings, steel balls and springs are universal, low replacement cost.

Clear prohibitive provisions for solid additives such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide and calcium carbonate, guide users to select matching grease, avoid premature wear of pistons and seals, and extend the service life of the distributor.
