Introduction
QSL/QSG Dual-line Distributor is a dedicated metering component independently developed by WEIDUN for dual-line centralized grease lubrication systems. With a maximum rated working pressure up to 40MPa, the whole solid monoblock structure delivers outstanding pressure resistance and durability. The series supports 2~8 grease outlets, each outlet pair equipped with visual indicator rods as standard; proximity switch monitoring function is optional for automatic signal feedback.

1.Adjustable Discharge Volume via Built-in Rotary Valve
Each pair of outlets is fitted with lockable rotary valve. Loosen the locking screw and rotate the valve by 90°, the two adjacent oil passages can be connected. Block one outlet with screw plug, the discharge volume of the remaining outlet will double. Quickly adjust single-point grease output on site without replacing the distributor body.

FAQ
Q1: How to adjust the single outlet discharge volume of QSL/QSG?
A1: Loosen the rotary valve locking screw, rotate the rotary valve 90° to open the connecting passage between two outlets, plug one outlet with screw plug, the other outlet will output double grease volume. Restore the rotary valve to the original position and remove the plug to return to standard single-point flow. Do not block both outlets of one pair at the same time, otherwise piston jamming fault will occur.
Q2: In first commissioning, inlet has pressure but no grease flows out of outlets, what are the troubleshooting steps?
A2: 1. Check whether the inlet connector contains built-in check valve, replace unobstructed inlet joint; 2. Confirm outlet check valves are assembled in correct direction; 3. Check if the rotary valve merging operation and screw plug installation are correct; 4. Disassemble piston assembly for cleaning to eliminate piston stuck caused by dirt or dried grease.
Q3: What types of grease are forbidden for QSL/QSG dual-line distributors?
A3: Grease mixed with graphite, supramoly, calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide or graphene is prohibited. Hard particles will accelerate piston and seal wear, easily cause blockage failure; equipment using graphene grease will enjoy half the original warranty period only.
Q4: What is the routine maintenance cycle of the product?
A4: Daily check the action status of indicator rod; clean internal pistons and replace aging O-rings every 3~6 months according to dust, high temperature and other working conditions. When replacing different types of grease, fully disassemble and clean the whole distributor to avoid grease mixing failure.
