Plate-type Progressive Distributor

The QDV-P plate-type progressive distributor is assembled by stacking working plates with different displacement specifications to satisfy varied grease-delivery requirements for multiple lubrication points. Each complete unit consists of one inlet plate, one end plate (integrated with plunger), and a minimum of two intermediate plates, providing no less than 6 oil outlets.

Different output volumes can be easily achieved by configuring various working plates. Cycle indicators and sensors are available as optional accessories for operational monitoring. This unit is designed for dispensing fluid lubricants and grease, widely applied in mining equipment, mineral processing machinery, construction machinery and heavy-duty steel-industry facilities.

1.Flexible configurable output: Combine working plates of different displacements to match different lubrication-point oil-volume demands. The 160-type intermediate plate supports external displacement adjustment via metering screw plugs.

2.Visual inspection capability: Each indicator pin allows direct visual check of operating status. Multiple cycle monitoring options are selectable: travel switch, proximity switch, magnetic indicator or mechanical indicator rod.

3.Modular stacked-plate structure: Easy to disassemble for inspection, maintenance or component replacement. Each outlet fitting integrates a built-in check valve.

4.Oil-port merging function: 2, 3 or 4 outlets can be merged to realize larger single-port delivery volume by removing steel balls / set screws and applying joint oil blocks.
