The tips for using a grease pump mainly include the following aspects:
Preparation before operation:
Make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the pump tank. Insert the suction pipe of the pump into the lubricating oil container, and connect the oil outlet pipe to the lubricating oil port of the air conditioning system.
Before operation, pour a small amount of oil into the pump for lubrication, and ensure that all parts of the pump are in good condition.
Operation steps:
Manual refueling pump: First open the fuel tank, exhaust the air in the low-pressure oil circuit, loosen the top oil return bolt, press the black plunger up and down, and pump oil 30-40 times each time until the fuel flows out smoothly and there are no bubbles. Then tighten the oil return bolt and ignite.
Manual refueling pump for air conditioning: Insert the suction pipe of the pump into the lubricating oil container, and connect the oil outlet pipe to the lubricating oil port of the air conditioning system. Use the handle of the manual pump to continuously pull the handle to pump oil, ensuring that the lubricating oil flows smoothly into the air conditioning system. After completion, close the oil outlet pipe and suction pipe, clean the outside of the pump and store it properly.
Hand crank oil pump: Apply a little magnetic oil to the pipe thread during installation and tighten to keep it sealed. Pour a small amount of engine oil into the pump for lubrication before use, then turn the crank handle to pump out the oil. Add a small amount of lubricating oil to the pump after use.
Maintenance and care:
Check the various parts of the pump for wear or damage regularly, and replace damaged parts in time.
Keep the pump clean to prevent dust and debris from entering the pump.
Replace the lubricating oil regularly to ensure the cleanliness and proper viscosity of the oil.
