Electric wire saving: Single-line distributors can save the use of electric wires and reduce the possibility of line failure.
Accurate oil supply: The distributor adopts volumetric measurement, and the oil supply is not affected by external factors, ensuring that each lubrication point can obtain the predetermined amount of grease, and there will be no individual lubrication points that cannot be lubricated.
Reliable oil supply: The high-pressure lubricant output by the lubrication pump directly pushes the distributor piston to press the lubricant to the lubrication point. As long as the lubrication pump has a high enough pressure, the lubricating oil can reach the lubrication point reliably.
System adaptation: There is no back pressure in the system, and the oil pump pressure is all used to overcome the resistance of the distributor and pipeline. The pipeline pressure can adapt to the increase or decrease of resistance, and the pipeline pressure will automatically adjust when the temperature changes.
Overpressure alarm: Among all the lubrication points, as long as there is any blockage, the entire system will alarm for overpressure, which is convenient for monitoring and maintenance of the system.
