Project Overview
A large integrated steel mill faces heavy equipment lubrication challenges across sintering, continuous casting, hot rolling and material conveying lines. Traditional manual greasing caused uneven lubrication, frequent bearing failures, unexpected production downtime and high labor costs. High temperature, heavy dust and long-distance lubrication pipelines also made old lubrication pumps prone to air intake, grease caking and breakdowns.
Solution
The plant adopted the VDZ series electric lubrication pumps matched with dedicated intelligent control boxes for full-line centralized automatic lubrication:
