Equipped with WEIDUN VDF series electric lubrication pump, this large mining truck achieves stable, automatic centralized grease lubrication for all key friction components including bearings, hinges and transmission parts.

The VDF electric lubrication pump adopts brushless DC motor design with IP69K full sealing protection, perfectly adapting to harsh mining environments with heavy dust, wide temperature fluctuations ranging from -30℃ to 70℃ and frequent high-pressure working conditions. Its adjustable relief pressure, dual high/low liquid level monitoring and self-locking greasing device effectively prevent dry pump operation, tank overfilling and pipeline overpressure damage, greatly reducing manual maintenance frequency and unplanned downtime of mining vehicles.

Supporting NLGI 0#-2#, the pump provides continuous, precise grease delivery up to 105ml/min. Complete matching components including solenoid valve, pressure gauge and pressure switch realize real-time system pressure & liquid level monitoring, ensuring long-term reliable operation of heavy-duty mining trucks under continuous high-load working conditions.
