Unmarked conventional fittings often lead to lubricant cross-contamination, component failure and frequent unplanned downtime. A thermal power plant upgraded its equipment with WEIDUN color-coded U-end and T-end grease fittings to resolve these problems.

All fittings adopt 3/4 Inch NPT thread with a working pressure of 103 bar, constructed from anodized aluminum and nickel-plated steel. The color-coded and keyed design effectively prevents lubricant cross-contamination.
